Join us for an in depth, 5 day workshop as we explore our wild surroundings with James Wood – author of ‘The Foragers’ Cookbook’ and ‘The Foraged Book Project’.
Through the week you’ll learn the keys to correctly identifying wild plants, taste a huge range of pre-made tasters, enjoy wild food dinners, have a wild wine tasting evening, and craft your own wild food preserves. You’ll even make paper out of mushrooms and paints out of roots!
This is a hands on week where you will be fully immersed in nature; creating, exploring and crafting a vast range of wild foods and items.
